- Access to the MANDA Heritage Hotel website and the data contained therein is subject to these terms. Using the website after opening the homepage constitutes acceptance of these legal terms.

3. General Reservation and Purchase Conditions
3.1 Reservations and Payment
- Reservations can be made through the hotel website, email, or by phone.
- Payment can be made with valid debit/credit cards accepted at the time of booking (Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Diners).
3.2 Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy depends on the chosen rate:

| Standard Price | Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show is charged 100% of the reservation. |
| Direct Price | Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellation within 5 days or no-show is charged 100% of the reservation. |
| Non-Refundable | No free cancellation. Any cancellation after booking or no-show is charged 100% of the reservation. |
- Refunds for timely and valid cancellations (Standard/Direct Price) are issued exclusively to the card used for payment within 7 days.
3.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for payment.
- Refund period: 7 days from receipt/approval of the request.

- The competent court is the Commercial Court in Zagreb.

4. Price and Reservation Rules
4.1 Reservation Guarantee
- A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.
- Accepted cards: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Diners.
- The card will not be charged or pre-authorized at the time of booking.
4.2 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Late check-out may incur additional charges.
4.3 Tourist Tax
- Not included in the price and amounts to €1.86 per person.
- Children 12–18 years pay 50% of the amount.
- Children under 12 and persons with disabilities are exempt.
- Tourist tax is subject to change.
4.4 Payment and Billing
- Final payment is made at the reception upon arrival.
- Reservation prices are based on the date of booking and length of stay.
- In case of departure without paying accommodation or additional costs, the hotel reserves the right to charge the pre-authorized card within 7 days.
4.5 Changes and Cancellations
- Reservations can be modified online or by contacting reception.
- Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
- No-shows are charged the full price of the reservation.
4.6 Rights and Charges
- Payment procedures and user rights are governed by the bank or card issuer rules.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation in case of system abuse or obvious user error.
